Starker Kundenservice und starke Kaffeemühle
Ich muss an dieser Stelle ein großes Lob aussprechen, weil der Kundenservice hier außergewöhnlich ist: Da ich bei meiner ersten Bestellung eine Kaffeemühle mit minimalem Produktionsfehler erhielt, musste ich diese leider zurück senden. Sowohl die Rücksendung als auch der Versand eines anderen Modells lief unkompliziert und geräuschlos. Man war persönlich erreichbar, reagierte auf Mails und war stets ehrlich und kompetent - und zudem preislich überzeugend! Auch so kann shopping im Internet laufen! Ach ja: die Kaffeemühle ist auch super!
